Fabric:

This is my personal favorite. I got a roll of old-stock Ultra800. This is before Challenge switched to Ultra800X, the only difference is Ultra800 doesn't have Ultra-PE CrossPly backing (the square-grid pattern)

Ultra800 by Challenge Sailcloth is a powerhouse fabric, built for extreme durability in the harshest conditions. Please note that crinkles are a natural characteristic of Ultra fabric. In my experience, the Ultra800 tends to develop more crinkles than the Ultra400TX, but this only adds to the unique character of the pack.
